Highlighting Arizona Athletes – Regional Powerlifting Competition

ABC 15 showcases the incredible athletes of Special Olympics Arizona participating in regional powerlifting event

Special Olympics Arizona recently held its 2024 Regional Powerlifting competition that featured 25 SOAZ athletes (ages 15-49) from the Valley showcasing their skills in the unique sport of powerlifting.  Competitive events include the Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift.

It was a great event out at WADE Strength Systems in Glendale, and local ABC 15 was there to grab some highlights.
