Summary:
Hello Community Organizations, We are excited to announce our Autism Acceptance Month Event for 2023: All in For Autism Day! This event will be on Saturday, April 15th, 2023, 10 am to 2 pm at Rillito Racetrack. It will be a fun-filled day with activities for everyone of all ages. There are several ways you can participate in this event. Resource Fair exhibitor spots are open now so please secure your space. Attached is the Exhibitor Table Registration form. Please fill it out and email it directly to my email, mmathews@as-az.org. Resource fair exhibitor set up time is 8:30 am. All In for Autism Day and Resource fair opens at 10:00 am and ends at 2:00 pm. The exhibitor fee is $100 for nonprofit organizations and $150 for for-profit organizations. ➢ Fee includes 1 table and 2 chairs. ➢ It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide their own tent. The City of Tucson no longer allows stakes in the ground and all tents must be weighed down with sandbags or tent weights.
