Transition Webinar: The Journey beyond High School
The transition training will be available for UCS High School educators, coaches and graduating seniors.
Educators, coaches, and graduating seniors will leave with an understanding of local unified programs and knowledge of the steps that can happen upon graduating from High School. This will help to create a bridge of transition from High School to Community/Day/college programs.
