Local Programs

Within each area, Local Programs (teams) are developed to ensure appropriate athlete training occurs.

Each Local Program has a point of contact person called the Head of Delegation.

The Head of Delegation is the person in charge of a local program and is responsible for the following:

Maintenance of accurate medical forms
Athlete training
Annually updating local program information
Competition registration
Ensuring volunteer forms are completed and turned into the state office
Disseminating pertinent information to athletes, parents, coaches, etc.
