about MATP SPORTS

MATP Sports: individualized programs for athletes who are developing foundational motor skills to prepare for participation in Special Olympics events and daily activities.  Built on three core principles (Foundational Skills, Adaptiveness, and Assistance as needed) this program ensures every athlete can grow, achieve, and have fun.

Athletes participate in adapted sports tailored to their abilities, using customized equipment and physical assistance as needed.
