Unified Robotics is an inclusive STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) program that provides schools and communities with training and resources for collaborative opportunities for individuals with and without intellectual disabilities to explore the STEM-oriented field of robotics! SOAZ is excited to continue expanding interscholastic opportunities to include the integration of a Unified division within one of the Arizona Interscholastic Association’s most popular activities, robotics. AIA-sanctioned robotics activities has grown rapidly in popularity over the last several years and provides new and emerging opportunities for adaptive and inclusive play that requires teamwork, communication, critical and strategic thinking, creativity, sportsmanship, and leadership – much like traditional sports do.
Unified Photography provides inclusive experiences and interactions that engage students on campus and families in the communities through photography and videography tutorials, trainings, and tips that provide necessary support for people of all abilities to showcase their talents by capturing special moments through your own lens.
